01니프욜, 영국 1라운드에서 12언더의 최고 성적으로 진출
DP World Tour Q-School 1라운드가 영국에서 마무리되었다. 잉글랜드 노던벌랜드에 위치한 The Northumberland Golf Club에서 진행된 이번 라운드에서 스웨덴의 데이비드 니프욜이 12언더의 최고 성적으로 선두를 차지했다.
니프욜은 북아일랜드의 존-로스 갤브레이스와 스페인의 마누엘 모루간을 1타 차로 물리쳤다. 6언더 이상의 성적을 거둔 선수들은 2라운드로의 자동 진출권을 획득하며, DP World Tour 정규 시즌과 2027 시즌 HotelPlanner Tour 풀 플레이 자격을 얻게 된다.
특별히 두 명의 아마추어 선수, 타일러 코왁과 톰 휴즈가 자격선을 넘어 2라운드 진출권을 확보했다. 이는 프로 선수들과 동등한 기회를 거머쥔 의미 있는 결과다.
Q-School 2라운드는 10월 29일부터 11월 3일까지 스페인의 4개 장소에서 동시 진행되며, 최종 DP World Tour 정규 시즌 진출 선수들이 결정된다.

DP World Tour First Stage Qualifying School took place this week at The Northumberland Golf Club, with 12 players securing safe passage through to Second Stage.
Sweden's David Nyfjall reached 12 under par to lead successful qualifiers through to the next stage in Spain next month, finish a shot clear of Northern Ireland's John-Ross Galbraith and Spain's Manuel Morugan.
Amateurs Tyler Kowack and Tom Hughes secured safe passage those with scores of six under or better having direct access into Second Stage and the chance to play for DP World Tour playing opportunities and full playing status on the HotelPlanner Tour for the 2027 season.
DP World Tour Qualifying School Second Stage will take place across four venues in Spain from October 29 – November 3.
