The PGA TOUR regular season shifts into FedExCup Playoffs mode with the FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind outside Memphis. The first of three stops to determine the FedExCup champion includes a jam-packed market of prop bets at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Without a cut this week, the field of 69 players will all have four rounds to make or break our plays. Let's dive in!

(Editor's note: For more expert betting picks, fantasy advice and event previews, visit DraftKings Network.)

I am hitching my wagon to two players in form who are familiar with handling their business at this time of year. The reigning FedExCup champion, Fleetwood, has left behind the crowds and adulation of Royal Birkdale and The Open Championship, where he finished T4, and is focused on becoming the first player ever to defend the FedExCup title. Only Scheffler and Matt Fitzpatrick have gained more shots on the competition this season. He also enjoys TPC Southwind. He earned T4 on his 2019 debut, cashed T3 in 2023 and kicked off his run to the title in 2025 sharing third place with Scheffler, one shot out of a playoff.

Schauffele is finding the best form of the season when the most money and points are on the line. After earning T18 at The Open Championship, he returned to the States and finished second to Michael Thorbjornsen at the Rocket Classic, his best finish of the season and sixth top-10 result. Schauffele also finished second at TPC Southwind in 2024, two shots behind Hideki Matsuyama. In eight career starts in Memphis, the Californian claimed T27 or better in five, including T24 or better in his last three. A fantastic driver of the golf ball, playing from the sprinkler line never hurts.

Anytime I can erase the hottest player over the last five years from the equation, I will take the chance. The No. 1 player in the FedExCup rankings has only one victory this season in 20 starts, but racked up 11 top-five paydays, including finishing second in 25% of his outings. Matsuyama arrives in his best form of the season on a streak of three consecutive top-10 results. TPC Southwind (par 70, 7,288 yards) is a perfect fit to keep the fires burning. Making his seventh start on the property, he won the FedEx St. Jude Championship in 2024 and lost in a playoff in the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational in 2021. His last five starts at the course, regardless of event, have produced paydays of T20 or better, including seven rounds of 65 or lower. He also holds the lowest winning total, 263, since TPC Southwind started hosting the FedExCup Playoffs in 2022.

The Korean, who begins the week at No. 53 in the standings, knows that the top 50 advance to the BMW Championship next week at Bellerive Country Club upriver in St. Louis. That is step one to extending his appearances at the TOUR Championship to eight consecutive seasons. Arriving in Memphis off eight consecutive rounds in the 60s for T15 at the Rocket Classic followed by T14 at the Wyndham Championship, he has found momentum. In three of his last four starts at TPC Southwind, he earned T17 in 2025, T6 in 2023 and T12 in 2022.

Echavarria navigated watery, breezy PGA National to victory in early March, his third win on TOUR. A busy spring saw him finish T6 at the Charles Schwab Challenge at the demanding Colonial Country Club in May. He enters Memphis following four rounds in the 60s, including 62 on Saturday, for T12 at the Wyndham Championship. On his debut in 2025 at TPC Southwind, he closed 69-66, his best two rounds of the week, for T38.

Englishman Jordan Smith continues to pound fairways and greens, and sitting at No. 64 in the standings, he will need a big week to advance to St. Louis. He ranks in the top 40 in Strokes-Gained: Tee-to-Green, SG: Off the Tee and SG: Approach. Only Kohles (not qualified) and Scheffler had a better percentage of GIR hit this season on TOUR. In his last five starts on TOUR, he earned T21 or better three times, including T14 last week in Greensboro.

I am riding with experience in this three-man market. The favorite is Min Woo Lee (+106), but I prefer him on a wide-open layout. Only three of his 12 career rounds at TPC Southwind are in the 60s. Ryan Fox (+260) returns to golf after weeks of celebrating with the claret jug and spinning yarns as the Champion Golfer of 2026. Both players rank in the top 22 and will most likely be at the TOUR Championship. Scott, the veteran of the trio, sits at No. 29 and still has work to do to guarantee his place in the top 30 who advance to Atlanta. Fresh off T9 at The Open Championship, the 46-year-old will attempt to surpass 2023 champ Lucas Glover (43) and 2025 winner Justin Rose (45) as the oldest champion in recent memory. He cashed T5 in 2022 and was followed by picking up T18 in his previous visit in 2024.
